Where this policy applies
This is the company-wide policy for Floof Logic. A product may publish a more specific privacy notice describing that product’s app, website, account, payment, or delivery behavior. Where a product-specific notice is more specific, both apply and the product notice controls that product-specific handling.
When you visit our websites
Cloudflare delivers our public websites and processes ordinary network and security information such as IP address, requested route, browser and device details, timestamps, and security events. Floof Logic uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for limited aggregate traffic measurement. We do not add advertising trackers or sell browsing information.
When you contact us
If you submit a Floof Logic inquiry form, we process the email address you provide together with the request time, IP address, and browser user-agent needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the form. The inquiry is converted to an email and routed to a Floof Logic inbox. We use it to respond to you and do not add it to a marketing list unless you separately ask to receive updates.
Purchases and fulfillment
When a Floof Logic product offers paid checkout, Stripe processes the payment. Floof Logic does not receive or store your full card number. We receive and retain the customer, transaction, order, and fulfillment information needed to deliver the purchase, prevent duplicate fulfillment, provide support or recovery, reconcile payments, handle refunds or disputes, prevent abuse, and meet financial and legal obligations.
Product-specific notices
Products describe any additional information they handle on their own privacy pages. Current notices include the Mardo privacy notice and the Wishware privacy policy. Those notices explain product-specific behavior such as offline licensing, AI requests, accounts, or operational records.
How we use and share information
We use information to provide and improve the service you requested, communicate with you, fulfill purchases, operate and secure our systems, understand aggregate website performance, comply with law, and protect Floof Logic and its users. We share information with service providers only as needed for those purposes, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose that collected it and for applicable security, support, accounting, dispute, and legal obligations. Product-specific notices may state a more precise period. We use access controls, encrypted transport, narrowly scoped service credentials, and secret-redacted operational practices, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information where applicable. Some payment, ledger, security, or legal records may need to be retained. You can also stop submitting company forms and stop using a product; product-specific notices explain any additional controls.
