Product terms come first
A Floof Logic product may have its own license agreement, checkout terms, refund policy, support policy, or service terms. Those product-specific terms form part of your agreement for that product and control if they conflict with these company-wide terms. The applicable terms are linked from the product or shown before purchase.
Using our websites and services
You may use our public websites and services for their intended lawful purposes. Do not interfere with their operation, bypass access or security controls, probe private systems without permission, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service to violate law.
Our work and your content
Floof Logic and its licensors retain their rights in our software, websites, writing, artwork, brands, and other materials. A product license grants only the rights stated in that product’s terms. You retain ownership of material you submit or create. You give Floof Logic only the limited permission needed to receive, process, transmit, or display that material to provide the service you requested.
Purchases
Prices, currency, taxes, delivery, license scope, cancellation, and refund terms are shown at checkout or in the linked product terms. Stripe processes payments. You agree to provide accurate purchase and delivery information and to use a delivered license or entitlement only as authorized. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
Third-party services and links
Our websites and products may link to or use services operated by others, such as payment processors, app stores, hosting providers, code hosts, or AI providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Floof Logic is not responsible for a third party’s independent service.
Changes and availability
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue a website or service. Product-specific terms may promise particular delivery, support, update, or availability commitments; otherwise we do not promise that every public page or free service will remain available forever. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively and will be published with a new effective date.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, company websites and services covered only by these terms are provided “as is” and without warranties. Floof Logic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from those services. A product’s own terms state any product-specific warranty, remedy, and liability provisions. Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limits, so they may not apply to you.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Floof Logic, or a service, or when these terms are materially breached. You may stop using a service at any time. Ending use does not erase obligations that reasonably continue, including payment, ownership, confidentiality, liability, and lawful record-retention obligations.
